Q: Would this work for the beach and the drive in?
A: Hello Sof, Thank you for reaching out with this great question! Our Hearth & Hand with Magnolia Retro Portable Radio would not be a great fit for the beach since it should not be used in high temperatures, extreme weather or near a water source. This radio is an indoor product, but it should work at the drive in if you keep it inside the vehicle and you do not expose it to extreme cold or heat. We hope this information helps, but if you need further assistance please email us at support@ttinno.com. Thank you again and have a great week!

Q: How long does the charge last?
A: Hello Dridree, Thank you for reaching out! Obviously the length of time between charges will depend on the amount of use, which is why there was no definite length of time named in the user manual. I know that in my personal experience with a similar Hearth & Hand with Magnolia radio a full charge lasts about 6 weeks, but I only use this radio for a few hours 1-3 times a week. I have sent a request to our Engineering Team to see if they have any additional insight from their testing, and when I hear back from them I will update this answer. Thank you and have a great day! UPDATE: Our Engineering Team stated that in their testing they found that if the radio is not turned on at all, then the battery charge will last about 8 months. However for playing sound, since each user's habits are different, the team based their testing on playing pink noise continuously with the volume set to 50%, and the charge lasted about 8 hours. We hope this additional information helps. Thank you! And have a great week!

Q: How many lithium batteries does it take
A: Hello Kim, Thank you for reaching out! Our Hearth & Hand Retro Portable Radio comes with a built-in internal, rechargeable lithium-ion battery: 3.7V DC,1200 mAh. These batteries cannot be accessed without taking the radio apart, possible damaging it. There is an external port for charging the batteries and an included Micro USB charging cable. We hope this information helps! Please let us know if you need further assistance by emailing support@ttinno.com. Thank you!

Q: Can I connect two of these for dual speakers? We like to move the speakers around as we listen to them and sometimes we are in separate rooms to work.
A: Hello K, Thank you for reaching out with your question about the Retro Portable AM/FM Bluetooth Radio by Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia. This radio is designed as a standalone unit—it’s a single speaker and does not have the capability to connect to a second unit for dual speaker audio. While it’s great for portable listening and easy to move from room to room, unfortunately, it does not support pairing two radios together for stereo or multi-room audio. If you need further information feel free to contact Tech Support at support@ttinno.com. Thank you and have a fabulous week!

Q: The dial shows foreign cities. Does this actually receive signals from them?
A: Hello Eric T819, Thank you for reaching out with this great question! This Retro Hearth & Hand with Magnolia Radio is designed to receive standard AM and FM radio signals and has a telescopic antenna to help improve reception of local stations. While AM radio waves can sometimes travel long distances at night due to atmospheric conditions, this radio does not support shortwave frequencies typically used for international broadcasts. So, while you might occasionally pick up some distant AM stations under the right conditions, consistently receiving radio signals from foreign cities is unlikely. The names of foreign cities in the design are purely for decorative or aesthetic purposes—it's a popular vintage style that evokes a sense of world travel and nostalgia. Please feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Team with further questions at support@ttinno.com. Thank you and have a fabulous week!
