The design is sleek, but I don't like the new lid shape since it traps some of the softener in the lid. I think this product has the potential to be really good, but that it needs a lower price point in order to attract an audience. I think the environmental impact of the product is moderate. I do appreciate that they didn't include any heavy perfumes or dyes.

I get so many compliments on the smell of our clothes when I use this. The packaging is sturdy and very nearly leak-proof. It's a little more expensive than I'd like, but the payoff is absolutely worth the cost. Thank you so much for a wonderful product; I now refuse to do laundry without it!

It leaves the clothes soft with nice , light smell. It doesnt contain dyes or chemicals which is safe for sensitive skin. We will switch to this scent and recommend it to our family .

The bottle is easy to pour with zero spills. I with they would make bath and body products with this scent because I want to bathe in it!

I think the scent is subtle enough that it will not bother anyone throughout the day and honestly I didn’t notice it. I think if you use an unscented soap this would be a perfect addition to your laundry.

For our sensitive skin child, this has been a life saver. My concern was not having great smelling laundry, however, even without fragrance everything still comes out smelling fresh and wonderful. Best Softener for my family. Great size for the price. Also, excellent for sensitive skin or eczema.

The scent is very nice, almost like a fresh cotton/linen smell. I will say that for a product labeled “gentle” the scent is quite strong, but maybe it’s not marketed towards sensitive skin specifically. Overall it did a great job of softening the towels and making them smell lovely.
